Hi, I'm Paulina. I've spent the last decade building and fixing operations systems for growing businesses — from helping a biometrics startup scale from 5 to 30+ employees, to managing implementations for 15+ mining and construction clients, to setting up revenue operations that helped sales teams exceed quota. I built UpGroves because I kept seeing the same thing: good businesses stuck at a ceiling because their operations couldn't keep up with their ambition. I'm based in Spain, work with clients primarily in the US and Australia, and I'm obsessive about building systems that don't need constant babysitting.
