Price
Starting from $1,500
Fixed price, written scope before anything starts. No hourly billing.
The $1,500 comes off the implementation if you go ahead within 30 days. If you don't, the diagnostic is yours either way — it's written to be useful whether or not we build anything.
One person in your practice billing at $125 an hour who stops losing four hours a week to admin recovers about $24,000 of capacity a year. The diagnostic costs less than one month of that. Across a five-person practice it isn't close.
And a job you can see is unprofitable before you invoice it is a different business than one you find out about afterwards.
